My name is Mary Totin and I am the librarian here at Fisher. I am very honored and excited to be part of the awesome, talented, and dedicated staff here. This is my 8th year at Fisher and as a librarian. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Prior to being a librarian, I taught in the classroom for many years and have experience with 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 7th grades as well as PE. I earned my Master's degree in Library Science with a School Librarian Certification from the University of North Texas in Denton.
I love helping students find good books to read and to see them get excited about reading. This is a big part of their development into lifelong readers and learners, and I feel very fortunate to be a part of that.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions, if you would like to open a parent library account, or if you would like to volunteer some time in the library (we can ALWAYS use library volunteers!).
